Urban Agriculture for Everyone

About The PATCH

Welcome to The PATCH, an exciting collaborative initiative that was developed to assist in addressing food insecurity and delivering agriculture training. The PATCH offers “Urban Agriculture for Everyone” with various urban agriculture opportunities. At The PATCH, we place an emphasis on building an inclusive community of growth and learning. The PATCH follows an innovative model, through repurposing under-utilized urban spaces. By using both indoor and outdoor farming, we are able to grow and donate food to our community year-round. 100% of the food grown at PATCH sites is donated to local agencies that distribute the produce to individuals experiencing food insecurity. The PATCH was developed as a collaborative initiative of Hutton House, Nathan T. Deslippe Memorial Fund, and Kensington Village Association. The Program would not be possible without our partners, funders, and the London community.
