Allen is a former audio engineer and PSW. During the pandemic, he managed shipping and receiving and facilities for a PPE manufacturer. In the future he plans to enroll in the MSW program at King's College. His interests include psychology, philosophy and theology, as well as board games and movies. Most of all, though, he's interested in learning about and working with people. His goal is to use his experience in a variety of industries to assist program participants in understanding the needs of businesses and aid in developing core strategies and mindsets to advance their careers. He also loves to grow microgreens and talk about pretty much anything.
