Volunteer Roles

The PATCH Team works directly with volunteers to ensure positive volunteer experiences! After applying, our team will connect with you to join our PATCH Volunteer Team Google Classroom. Volunteers can then stay connected and stay up to date with volunteer opportunities.

Volunteers will assistant at Nathan’s Urban Farm (Indoor Location). They will learn to care for the tower gardens and harvest produce. Volunteers enjoy learning new skills, forming connections, and supporting food donations!
Gardening support volunteers will work directly with the community at the Cavendish Community Food Hub. This community space is an inclusive and fun environment for volunteers to connect with others, enjoy peaceful gardening, and gain knowledge of urban agriculture from our PATCH Facilitators!
Volunteers will gain hands-on experience in urban agriculture and facilitation. This is a leadership opportunity for community members to apply to become a workshop assistant!
