I am a master’s graduate of Environmental Education and Communication, where I studied creating art with the natural world, by facilitating clean spinning into an eco-art practice. My undergrad was in Environmental Studies with Geomatics and Psychology minors, and I am inspired by the interconnectedness of our world everyday. I have also received a Fine Art Foundation Certificate that solidified my love for creation.
Alongside the PATCH, I have had related work experience that includes tree planting and working at a garden centre. I continuously think about relationships and co-creation with the natural world. I am motivated to further expand my skillset in innovative practices and deepen my ecological and artistic identities. Being a part of the PATCH team allows me to be with others in exploring the different ways the natural world can be weaved into our lives. It also allows forlearning from each other and participating in community. In my spare time I enjoy pottery, yoga, and softball.
