What it is: A 15-week pathway from pre-employment training to paid placement.
Focus: Urban agriculture and hospitality.
Includes: 3 weeks of hands-on workshops covering urban ag training, café work experience, food literacy, and employment skills like goal setting, communication, and resume writing — followed by a 12-week paid placement with job coaching.
Outcome: Real-world experience and a supportive entry into the workforce.
What it is: An 8-week pre-employment training program.
Focus: Urban agriculture and hospitality.
Includes: Weekly workshops and 10 hours/week of hands-on training at our urban farm sites, plus one-on-one job coaching.
Outcome: Skill-building, confidence, and support to take the next step in your employment journey.
