Join us for a Sunrise Ceremony led by Elder Mary Lou Smoke, held in recognition of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

As the sun rises over the farm, we’ll gather for a morning of ceremony, prayer, song, reflection, and connection honouring the sun, the land, and the gifts they bring to our lives and communities. Together, we’ll also take time to honour residential school Survivors, their families, and communities.

Please arrive by 6:30 AM so everyone has time to gather and settle in before the ceremony begins with the sunrise.

Whether you have attended a Sunrise Ceremony before or this will be your first time, all are welcome. We simply ask that you come with openness and respect for the ceremony and teachings being shared.
